Job Description :

Handling of calls from customers and keeping records of materials filed or removed, using log-books or computers.

Add new material to file records, and create new records as necessary.

Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail. Track materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned. Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.

it seems like something I could do. 

Good, Although,You will undergo a one week training from your training supervisor he/she would be training you on how to Enhance your working skills with the programs accurately.Included with other Data entry job you would be needing to get done. Your training is going to be done online through your Pc. 

And Your Supervisor will be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

Next will be question and answer segment..Can we proceed?

You will start working as part timer and you will be earning $20/hour during your working hours and $15/hour during your training hours .

Me: I handle working under pressure extremely well and do not allow it to cause me stress because once you are stressed you become frustrated and make mistakes... 

My greatest strength is that I work well with others. My weakness i would say is dealing with difficult people or trying to manage others.... I worked in Human Resources for over 10 years so I know a great deal about business ethics and how one should carry themselves. I would have to look into my phone for the reference but that should not be difficult

You will undergo a week training, but if you get to pick very fast it wont be up to a week. Your orientation will commence as soon as you have all working materials and you be rest assured that you will be paid for it and you will be getting your paper work, a HR document during your orientation and training with your supervisor,you are to fill,sign and send back to us and we will take out taxes... okay ?

Me: so, what is next?

Before you start working, you will receive a payment and you will be using this payment to purchase your working materials and also purchasing accounting softwares plus the shipping logistics,cos we will be sending you some equipments you will be needing to start work with, immediately you get this payment you start work . 

The company will issue you a check to enable you purchase all the softwares and EQUIPMENTS you will need to start work with..

NOTE: All softwares are to be purchased from the software office the company has been buying from for years now.

Me: (at this point nothing sounds legit to me)  What is the name of the software office? My husband is a police officer and he said that I need all the documentation so he can look it over before I can proceed. He said he will not deposit any checks into our account. Can you just send me the equipment. 

This is a direct hire position, your W-2 and your HR documents will be coming along with your materials once you have them, you are to get them filled and emailed to your supervisor during your training

since this is direct hire are you a staffing agency and what is the name of it?

I guess me asking this scammer company questions scared them off real quick. So sad how people target those that are already not doing well and try to steal money from them or get them caught up in a bad situation. Please beware and don't be afraid to ask questions.
